Challenges like labor supply, skills, currency exchange, and loss of EU funding require attention. To thrive post-Brexit, Cumbria aims to refresh its economic plan, collaborate across sectors and regions, and enhance economic infrastructure, skills, and innovation to maximize opportunities and mitigate threats.
