Pavilion/Shaded Pool Area Pavilion/Shaded Pool Area The Space flat, grassy area out past lap pool and/or along west pool fence Need: Provide members with a shaded area to watch swim meets/swim practice, to rest/relax/gather The Look: We could match the pavilion/bath house look
Improve the Picnic Area Improve the Picnic Area Brick Firepit and Seating Need: Improve member usage Replace wooden picnic tables. Add more Picnic tables/grilles; not enough on busy days Add 1-2 more game tables Need: People sometimes wait to use
Gaga Pit & Staff Lot Gaga Pit & Staff Lot View of the Staff parking lot from Tennis Grassy area between soccer goal & shuffle board This is where we will add the GAGA PIT Pave the staff lot and eliminate the dust
Repair/Replace sections of Drive/Parking Lot Repair/Replace sections of Drive/Parking Lot We need a plan for extending the life of the current and replacing sections/all when it is required Main Parking Lot, cracks sealed last year. Tar/sealer next? Let s maintain the parking lot as long as we can Main Drive, past basketball court, is starting to break up This section may have to be replaced at some point
Add an extendable Shade/Awning Add an extendable Shade/Awning Deck area just past kiddie pool Deck area near women s/family restroom Need/Use: Members watch young children, do circuit training,and wait for swim events here. An extendable awning could provide shade when needed Need/Use: Members watch pods/swim lessons, kids swimming, waiting area. Full Sun

Improve the South End of the fenced in Pool Area Improve the South End of the fenced in Pool Area Give members a reason to use these areas. They are close to the pools and within the fenced in pool area. Remove old/dated bars. Add another game/tramp that kids and members will love. Plant trees for shade Make it like the other play structure--add sand, shade (trees), and seating. We could also try a badminton net for the older kids, adults down here on the open grassy area.
Paint the Bathhouse / Maintain the Shed Paint the Bathhouse / Maintain the Shed The Bathhouse paint is starting to peel. It is time to Paint Shed was painted recently. Some of the wood is rotting/warping. Determine if worth fixing or if we should replace and when

Maintain/Improve Tennis Maintain/Improve Tennis The Need: We have great courts. We need to maintain them/improve them. Ensure any cracks get filled. Consider shade over the seats The Need: Members need a seat to watch Tennis on the lower courts
Add more Moveable Blue Benches Add more Moveable Blue Benches Give members a seat where they need it Add a second one outside women s locker room Add one near the creek Add one or two near kiddie pool. Add a second one near sand area
