Code of Professional Conduct and Ethics of the Profession The Architect s Registration Act 2008 Section 7 (1) and Section 51 (2) b requires the Architects Registration Council of Botswana to issue a Code of Conduct and Ethics of the Profession which prescribes the standards of professional conduct, practice and ethics expected of the Registered Person registered under the Act.
