The victims of human trafficking endure unimaginable suffering, as highlighted by cases like Regina Khatoon's harrowing experience.   1. INTRODUCTION Human Trafficking is the way to earn the Money & Fulfilled their Lust from the Wrong way which can intake from coercion, misrepresentation, and by Force. They violated the fundamental Rights & for the purpose of Slavery, Organ Transplant , Sexual Exploitation, Forced Marriage. Mostly victim are Women & Children use for Human Trafficking. The Trafficking mostly trafficked from the neighbor country and found in India where mostly Law were not Enforce Properly in vast regions like Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Orrisa, Goa, Assam etc.

DOMESTICE VIOLENCE- After Marriage when the Men ill Treated her wife by Cruelty, mostly women escape from that but their parents were not allow her as someone else property by which at last fall prey to the trafficker predator s. NATURAL DISASTERS- When the Calamities like Flood, Cyclone, Earthquake happened many were died in which else women & Children s were most vulnerable to the Trafficking.

After 4 yr. she was Rescue by Police Personnel. There is many of like Khatoon who are abduct, Forced, Mispresented for things after which they only have a Brutal life which Opposite of Right to Life, Equality, Dignity & given as hell life. Human trafficking ruin Mostly life of women and children because after that society also not accept her as being part of Moral Life. ANTI TRAFFICKING NODEL CELL STATE PROGRAM- In this every state have Anti trafficking nodal cell officers. SWADHAR PROGRAM- In this approx. 15,000 women and children were rescued from the sex trafficking although they increase the budget from 500 million to 900 million. UJJAWALA PROGRAM- This scheme for prevention of trafficking and rehabilitation of rescue victims. CHILD LINE SERVICE- Toll free number 1098, help to all children in distress. INTEGRATED CHILD PROTECTION SCHEME- It s formulated the Umbrella scheme where by the children have a secure and safe environment. NATIONAL CHILD RIGHT PROJECT SCHEME- The main purpose is to provide education to the children by rescue from Child labour who is below the age of 14 yr. Swaniti intiative

  13. CONCLUSION The Human Trafficking is various grave crime in the society where women & Children treated as a commodity to earn the Money from Malafide sources as we discuss. However there are many Schemes & Laws related to the Human Trafficking but there is no awareness of these schemes although the women can take the Compensation under section 357 Crpc but ultimately there is also no aspect to know more Vice Versa. Moreover they have to collected all the document regarding compensation, RTI reveals that only 107 compensation was authorities by states from 2011 to 2019. There must be agent duties, when they are giving Rehabilitation to the victims then they also must provide the guideline for applying the compensation to make life better for them.
