Programme and Project Manual for Interreg IPA CBC Programme Greece-Albania 2014-2020
The Programme and Project Manual serves as a reference document for entities interested in applying for and implementing projects funded under the IPA Cross-border 2014-2020 Programme. It consists of two main parts: the Programme Guide and the Project Guide, detailing information such as Staff, Budget Categories and Limits, and Office Administration. The manual provides guidelines on staff costs, budget allocations, and beneficiary calculations. A specific attention is directed towards beneficiary-level costs in relation to the entire project period.
