BIVDA's 30th Anniversary Year is celebrated with a working party seminar on October 12th at The Belfry Hotel, Birmingham. The event includes sessions on sustainability, Digital Strategy, Procurement Frameworks, Regulatory Impact, and more. Attendees can select sessions through an APP. The day ends with an Anniversary Dinner. Details on accommodation and registration are provided for members.

Member Briefing for October Working Parties 12thOctober 2022 The Belfry, Sutton Coldfield Birmingham
BIVDAs 30th Anniversary Year 2022 2022 is BIVDA s 30thAnniversary Year and we are holding a working party seminar for all groups and MGM on October 12that the Belfry Hotel, Birmingham. This leads into to our annual Regulatory Affairs Seminar on Thursday 13thand Friday 14th
Day 1 Working Parties & General Meeting All working party work streams will have speakers and sessions for members to attend all linked with the strategy and how it impacts each working party, members will be able to select and book any session in any stream via an APP which will be launched prior to the event. Sustainability will be a key theme throughout all streams and the MGM will have speakers from the Diagnostics Strategy Team amongst others. The overall theme of the event is the Diagnostics Strategy and its impact on companies work priorities. Each working party will focus on the subject matter with a Diagnostics Strategy viewpoint. This event is the usual Q3 working party for all members same place/ same time! There will be plenty of coffee and lunch provided to all members who attend. There is no charge for this event.

Day 1 Anniversary Dinner and Accommodation Ticket type is WP + MGM + Dinner + Room There are 0 places available for the dinner & complimentary room. There are 32 places reserved for invited stakeholder guests. As declines come in we will release a place. Members can email helen@bivda.org.uk AND Natalie@bivda.org.uk to go on the reserve list and we will put members on a first come first served basis and you will receive the booking information as we put you on the list. The reserve list will only be for the full Day 1 event. Members will arrive and register at 10 in time for the Plenary session at 10.30 and check in for the Rooms is 3pm. Badges, luggage tags and room allocation etc. Attendees will have scheduled time for check in during the afternoon. Ideally drivers to leave bags in the car but there will be tagging and holding facilities for those who need it so you don t have to lug the bags around. For those not attending the Regulatory Seminar check out is 11.00 on Thursday and its an express checkout.
Day 1 Working Parties All members are able to attend the WP event only Ticket Type is WP only (no overnight stay) There is no limit to numbers and everyone who usually attends each WP should be able to attend. Its only if lots of extras register that we might find ourselves in trouble! Members can attend the WP s and move around the meetings by agenda topic which will be selected via the APP in advance of the Seminar. Lunch will be available but attendance at the WP must be booked under this option above. The working party event ends after lunch and members will be free to go!
Day 1 Mid-Year General Meeting (MGM) All members are able to attend the WP + MGM events only Ticket Type is WP + MGM (no overnight stay). Members can attend the WP and MGM. Lunch will be available but attendance at the events must be booked under this option above. Members will be able to stay after the event for any networking but will be able to leave anytime between 17.00 and 19.00! If anyone wants to attend MGM only, please let me know. We don t have a ticket option for this but can do if its requested.
Day 1 (Wed) RAWP Arrival Members arriving for the Regulatory Seminar are invited to attend the WP s on day 1 and the MGM. Booking as per previous slides as separate bookings. However, there are no places left for the Anniversary dinner.* Members can book Room (Wed) + RAWP (no Anniversary Dinner Wed) Dinner will be available in the restaurant and anyone will be welcome to join us for the networking on the Wednesday between 17.00-19.00 and also in the bar after the Anniversary Dinner has concluded. (9.30/10?). * Unless RAWP members want to go onto the reserve list for all Day 1
Day 2 RAWP Seminar (Day 1) 8.30-9.00 Registration 13.00-14.00 Lunch 17.00 Day 1 Close Dinner, refreshments Quiz and Networking. Room included for 2 nights (Wednesday and Thursday) If anyone wants to arrive on the morning of Day 2 so only needs a room for Thursday night, please let Helen or Nat know. This option isn t available on Eventbrite.
Day 3 RAWP Seminar (Day 2) 8.30-9.00 Welcome and Re-cap 13.15-14.15 Lunch 16.10 Day 2 Close Check out is 11.00am Express checkout and time will be made available for members to check out.
