THE 1M PLUS MARKET 1m + lending represents around 4% of the market by value 9.7bn of completions in first 3 quarters of 2022 (Source: Bank of England) Distribution - Strong in London & South East, but still diverse Number of 1m-plus homes on the rise across England & Wales H1 2022 saw 79% of local authorities record a 1m plus sale (52% in 2012) (Estate Agency Today 2nd August 22) Sales of super-prime country houses (Guardian 30th December 22) outside of London hit 15-year high 3

  8. Direct to Private Banker or via your BDM. Enquiry received Mortgage enquiry form and financial information requested. Banker indicates appetite ESIS Produced Mortgage enquiry form and key documents sent. ESIS accepted by client Rate is provisionally reserved until credit approval within 10 days. Application submitted and val instructed The banker assigned to case, will be your point of contact. Mortgage Offer Client will be assigned a Private Banker who will manage their relationship with Coutts. Completion 8
