Basic Hydraulic Check Valves Valve design Advantage: Disadvantage: Ball is deformed during operation causing internal leaked due to the seat is not pressed onto the same point Produced economically
Basic Hydraulic Check Valves Valve design Advantage: Poppets always resume the same position due to their control, the seat and the valve is completely sealed. Disadvantage: Production is more technically advanced
Basic Hydraulic Check Valves Simple Check Valve Check valves are used For bypassing throttling points For closing one direction flow As bypass valves, e.g. for bypassing a return line filter when a particular back pressure has been reached As pretension valves (holding valves) to create a certain backpressure in an operating cycle
