1. Grab a bag of M&Ms a. Choose plain or peanut 2. Open them and sort them into individual colors 3. Do not eat them!
For Every Green: Goals for your program Red: Innovative ideas you can try Blue: Budget items that may need to be adjusted (added or taken away) Yellow: Professional development topics for staff training Brown: Participant data that must be collected during intake Orange: Barriers to Employment
