Cyberbullying, a prevalent issue especially among teenagers, involves harassment or bullying using electronic means. It can take various forms such as harassment, denigration, flaming, impersonation, and more. This form of online bullying can have serious consequences on individuals' mental health and well-being. Results from a questionnaire in Lithuania shed light on how cyberbullying behaviors manifest among participants, highlighting the need for awareness and prevention strategies.

  9. What to Do When Cyberbullying Happens? Notice Recognize if there has been a change in mood or behavior and explore what the cause might be. Try to determine if these changes happen around a child s use of their digital devices.
