  2. KLEIN, ET AL V. MITCHELL, ET AL - HHD-CV22-6152172S Issue related to the processing of town committee primary petitions. The court found the testimony of all of the electors and circulators presented by the plaintiffs credible and that all of the pages they signed or circulated should not have been rejected. The court ordered a new primary to be held for town committee. 7/1/20XX Pitch deck title 2

  3. HREZI V. MERRILL, HHD-CV22-6156703-S Issue related to the circulation of primary petition pages and the primary process. Court found that the campaign was not organized sufficiently and was partially at fault for failing to gather signatures.   4. JULIEMAR ORTIZ V. PATRICIA HOWARD, CHARLES CLEMONS, JR., DENISE MERRILL Issue related to circulation of primary petitions. Petition pages were rejected because some of the circulators were not enrolled party members at the time they were circulating the pages.
