Preeminent Program Strategies Support Preeminent Programs Other contributions in support of emerging preeminent programs 2015-2016: migrated metadata of 9,144 Diaz-Ayala LP titles to dPanther Continue development of Everglades Explorer portal, a metadata aggregator of quality Everglades resources (2,024 online resources to date) 2,946 Department of Special Collections titles cataloged 2,581 Latin American & Caribbean titles cataloged 4

Financial Base/Efficiency Strategies -- Optimization Exploring ways to better use Florida Consortium resources Facilitate cross-departmental collaborative efforts to streamline activities Cataloging currently has four department members active in six statewide committees and collaboratively works with many different library departments for all of the above mentioned projects 6
