In Brussels-Capital, Open Data policies are being implemented to enhance transparency and accessibility. The region follows the European Directive PSI and emphasizes making data inventories, datasets, and portals easily findable and accessible with the aim of promoting Open Data. Linked Data studies are also being conducted alongside overcoming challenges and barriers to Open Data adoption. Additionally, a humorous take on the numerous reasons why organizations resist Open Data is highlighted through "50 Shades of No."
