  3. Are folks ready to collect experiential data? Almost half of ADPs do not currently have a plan in place to utilise data to drive QI and evaluate change. Additionally, 77% of ADPs reported that they had no formal timetable in place to start collecting data.

  4. Information governance continues to be a challenge Over 1/3 of ADPs have information governance requirements agreed and in place, but it was repeatedly mentioned in the survey that IG is an area where ADPs would like guidance and support. Roughly 2/3 of ADPs do not have a process in place to compile and report on interview results that can be shared back with MIST.

  5. What were the main themes? Many ADPs asked for clarity and guidance around information governance requirements. There is a need for Team Q to continue to clarify the roles and responsibilities of what is expected from ADPs around the collection of experiential data. Many ADPs reported that they are in the beginning stages of this process as they are only now getting staff and resources into place. Some ADPs expressed concerns around maintaining anonymity when interviewing folks in smaller communities.
