  18. Decoding the Lingo During IET my Brown Round was the SAPR VA so was in a dual POSTA role, but also violated the UCMJ under Article 120 against me, but also engage in an Article 134 violation with sexual harassment. I spoke with my MEO about the 134 violation, but didn t want to do a formal. I spoke to the SARC and selected restricted on my DD 2910. My commander found out about this because someone violated MRE 514, and initiated a Limited Report investigation with the MCIO based on 3rd party reporting. I spoke with my SVC, who said I didn t have to participate in the Article 132. I went to behavioral health, was diagnosed with PTSD related to this, so now have an MST claim in with the VA after I was med boarded and was chaptered before I reached my ETS date. My last LES reflected a debt to the government due to my contract and payment of my signing bonus. I plead my case to the CG before separation, but was denied, but feel that I should file a DD 2910-2 based on my SARC s guidance, and want to file an appeal to have my discharge upgraded. Can you help me? //UNCLASSIFIED// As of: 2 AUG 2022
