Some people who claims is positive justify their view as follows,working at home partly or fully in arelaxing place and time will be benficiable for both the emplyer and the employee as it saves thme, energy, efforts and money. On the other hand people who fear its positive effects justify their view as follows, they think that working from home has many demerits towards the family , comunication and connection. In conclusion, this issue is a mixed blessing one and we should benefit from its merits and work carefully to avoid its demerits
