California Youth Advocacy Network College Program History Timeline of Campaigns and Recognitions CSU Smoke/ Tobacco-Free 17 California State University (CSU) adopts 1 00% smoke/ tobacco-free policy. Public College Report Card HSACCC Support F 16 Health Services Association - California Community Colleges issues White Paper supporting 1 00% smoke/ tobacco-free community colleges. Public College Report Card - CYAN and COUGH issue statewide report card on public college and university smoke/ tobacco-free policies. Finds 37% of schools are smoke or tobacco-free. 13 UC Smoke/ Tobacco-Free 12 AB 795 UC adopts 1 00% smoke/ tobacco-free policy. State Law AB 795 adopted - allows enforcement with citations. 11 UC Research Funding CSU Sponsorship 07 CSU policy prohibiting tobacco industry sponsorship University of California (UC) policy restricting tobacco industry funding of academic research. Expansion COUGH expands efforts to all public colleges and universities in California. 04 Awards 03 CSU Title V CYAN s COUGH receives several national awards for work with CSU.
