An adult must always be around and supervising when doing this activity. 3. Word Cards Cut out the word cards safely using scissors

4. Types of Word Card Sort the cards into 5 piles A sentence contains a noun, a verb, an adverb and an adjective Noun Verb Adjective Conjunction Connective Adverb

5. Making Sentences One person to choose a card from each pile Create a sentence using the chosen. For example: fruit danced naughty extremely the The extremely naughty fruit danced The next person chooses a card from each pile they can use the same noun. It s their turn to try and make a sentence. Keep going until all the cards have run out or the story is complete. Have fun! could be:
