Kids often face situations at school that seem unfair, such as problematic lunch schedules and strict rules from lunch monitors. Despite these challenges, there are ways to navigate these issues. Understanding that others may feel the same, focusing on solutions, following the rules, and staying positive can help manage feelings of unfairness. By shifting focus onto what can be controlled and finding ways to feel better, students can approach these situations with more resilience and perspective.
